Present binding in very good or better condition, contents age toned, - unevenly near edges, but generally very good condition. The map is complete and unevenly toned and there are small holes at corners of some folds, but map still give a good impression of the city. Overall, good copy. Note that shipping outside the USA may cost less than that of an average book.
