Contemporary half calf with marbled sides.Pictorial book plate of Lewis Hainsworth [Boyne Yorkshire Library xxxviii "This is only the first part of the book, but is perfect in itself; the work was never completed.The plates are excellent" All Rhodes books incurred financial debt and despite editing the Sheffield Independent and other business ventures and the financial support of Montgomery and Chantry he died a bankrupt leaving a wife and 5 children without support.
