Yee Systems Volume III A: Level Three Training

The results have been outstanding for those who have been training with YEE SYSTEMS© Volumes I and II. The response has been overwhelming with all the positive feedback from beginners to the professional athlete. Those who compete in sports have experienced incredible results in their overall performance and skill levels. Even the few that had doubt soon realized that YEE SYSTEMS© was evolving into the most dynamic training program that has no ending. The critics who challenged the program for 6 weeks got stronger, faster with vastly improved overall coordination, greater range of flexibility and endurance strength from what they thought would weaken them or break them down. This unique system has proven many theories incorrect when it came to training performance. “Everybody is a critic until you jump into the ring.” Everyone that has trained with YEE SYSTEMS© I and II, realized when Steven Yee quoted… “100% training is an opinion.” The evolution of YEE SYSTEMS© will challenge you to the next level.
