Yellow Feather

In the forests and coastal villages of 1660s New England, Ousamequin--Massasoit, Grand Sachem of the Wampanoag--has spent a lifetime forging an uneasy alliance with the English settlers. For decades, diplomacy has held. But now the balance is breaking. As English towns expand and land is taken piece by piece, tensions rise on all sides. Old agreements are tested. Loyalties fracture. And beneath the surface, fear grows--fear of losing not just land, but identity, power, and survival itself.

Told through multiple perspectives--Wampanoag and English, men and women--Yellow Feather captures the human story behind a turning point in American history. Leaders must decide how far they will go to preserve peace...or whether war is now inevitable
