Born and raised in central Montana'’s Missouri River Breaks country, Karen Wildung Reinhart graduated from Montana State University-Bozeman in 1982 and served for fifteen years as a park ranger and interpreter in Yellowstone. She has lived in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem for the past thirty years.
