Yo-Yo Effect- Goodbye!: Experience report on effortless and sustainable weight achievement through reactivation of fat metabolism with the LipoReAct diet

Like many others, Peter Thurnhofer tried to lose weight through various diets. Nothing worked. Each time, he experienced the familiar yo-yo effect. Like many others, he saw this as a personal development. Realizing that political, economic, and energy-related events had deactivated fat metabolism, leading to his weight problems and related health issues, he discovered a new approach: the LipoReAct diet.
