In 208 pages with Index, black-and-white photos & illustrative drawings throughout. Orig. published in hardcover in 1959, this is the First mass market paperback edition from Signet (Y4606) from 1968, albeit the Seventh Printing. Condition is VG-/Good+: very clean, binding straight & strong, pages show age-appropriate tanning. Former owner's name in pen on first page, along with a note from her inside front cover to the effect that she had studies with the author at her home in Tecate, Mexico, & found her "a fascinating lady." Otherwise, completely unmarked. Slight chipping to fore edge side of front cover, light soil, mild creasing & edgewear.
