Yoga Your Way to Luminous, Lifelong Beauty
Many of us know the mind, body and spirit benefits of yoga — the toned, supple muscles, increased vitality and deep relaxation. But yoga for a beautiful face? Yes!
Since the skin is the body’s largest organ and our faces are made up of skin and muscles, why shouldn’t the holistic benefits of yoga apply to the face?
Yoga is a style of movement that has been practiced in Asia for thousands of years. As Lourdes Julian Çabuk emphasizes, “yoga does not require you to be an acrobat or a vegetarian, nor is it a religion.” Instead, yoga is a whole-body practice that offers a path to your best self.
Our face tells the world how we feel — and yoga makes us feel great!
Our faces put how we feel on the inside — our stress level, emotional well-being, overall health — out there for all to see. So it makes sense to boost beauty from the inside out. The unique program here does just that.
Lourdes Julian Çabuk — a grandmother who, like many yoga practitioners, possesses an ageless grace and attractiveness — offers easy-to-follow instructions and more than 100 color photos that guide you through exercises to
- tone and rejuvenate each part of the face, including outer eye muscles and lower facial and neck muscles, while eliminating wrinkles
- energize your breathing, digestion, and posture for a more radiant appearance
- optimize and detox your nutrition
- reduce stress — a primary factor in premature aging — by providing powerful, soothing meditation and relaxation
Science may someday be able to reverse the aging process, but today’s science offers only costly, temporary and often-dangerous chemical and surgical interventions. Delaying the aging process is the healthier choice and offers the most natural and lasting results.
Yoga for a Beautiful Face offers a safe and proven path for dramatically and continuously enhancing your unique beauty at every age and stage of life.
Lourdes Julian Doplito Çabuk was born in 1950 in the Philippines and graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in medical technology.
Her deep interest in art, beauty, and spirituality inspired her to change careers, and at the beginning of the 1980s, she took yoga and healing-crystal training with Master “Osho” Bhagwan Shree Rashneesh.
From the 1970s until the 1990s, she owned a flower shop and a boutique and worked as a florist, decorator, and interior designer in New York City and Orlando, Florida. At the same time, she worked in a jewelry store, where she continued to learn about precious and semiprecious stones.
Starting in the 1990s, Lourdes Julian Doplito gained experience with Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Raja and Kriya yoga, under the supervision of Yoga Master Adnan Ananda Siddviho Çabuk. At his suggestion, she studied topics like “Delaying the Aging Process” and “Natural Beauty.” This developed into her “Beauty and Face Yoga” program. Since 2000 she has shared her program and knowledge about Hatha and Kriya yoga at the YAASC Siddashram Yoga Center in Nişantaşi, Istanbul, Turkey.
