About the Author
RINA JAKUBOWICZ is an international bilingual yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, motivational speaker, and author. Known for her vibrant, uplifting approach to yoga and life, Rina has been a teacher of teach¬ers since 2005, presenting at Yoga Journal conferences, Himalayan Institute, Omega Institute, Kripalu Center, and Wanderlust Festivals, as well as in countries across the globe. You can practice with Rina online on Gaia TV, Shri TV, and Yogis Anonymous. She’s the yoga expert on Univision’s Tu Desayuno Alegre and a regular contribu¬tor to Yoga Journal Online and MindBodyGreen. She’s appeared on the cover of Yoga Journal in the US, Spain, and Russia; and the cover of Canada’s Sweat Equity.
