Advanced recipes include soup and stew; intermediate includes salsa, muffins, and tart shells; beginner recipes involve no cooking or baking, only mixing. The one drawback may be that serving sizes are not given. The book includes a section on kitchen safety and how-tos, plus a very nice section on the nutritional value of some of the popular fast foods served by national chains.
