Boards are bound in dark green linen with rubbed corners and black titling. Spine is uncreased with straight edges with gold gilt titling. Overall rubbing across surface of boards. Text block is straight with foxed edges. Binding is loosened but secure. 452p. End pages are heavily toned with personal inscription in ink as well as in pencil present on front fly leaf. Interior has light foxing present through out the pages. The gutter near the title pages is exposed but remains attached. Page viii has a glued in newspaper cut out at the center of page, does not interfere with context on page.
