First edition. 31 cm, 31 cm, 18 cm, 13 cm; pp. 240, 111, 95, 127; illustrated from photographs, plans, and drawings. Books all fine; minor chipping to plastic slipcase; a very good set of four hard-cover volumes in used slipcase.
