This is a 189 page history of the homestead near Payson in the Arizona Rim Country where Zane Grey would by some land for his cabin, that burned in the Dude fire in 1990. This book focuses mostly upon the other residents in the area including Boles and Simmons and covers the Pleasant Valley War that involved some of the residents. Many maps and photographs.
