Zip It Fiddle!: A Rhyming Story with Colouring Pages for Kids Ages 2-6

Looking for a funny animal book for kids that parents and grandparents will love reading out loud? Zip It, Fiddle! is a charming rhyming read-and-colour storybook packed with laughter, imagination, and playful desert fun.

Meet Fiddle Fox—a lovable little chatterbox with a fluffy tail, a huge imagination, and something to say to absolutely everyone. He talks to cacti, rocks, beetles, sand, cupcakes, and even bees. From silly stories to nonstop babble, Fiddle keeps the whole desert buzzing… whether the other animals are ready for it or not.

But when the critters long for a little peace and quiet, Fiddle’s big personality leads to a gentle, humorous lesson about talking, listening, and knowing when it might be time to “zip it.” Full of whimsy, read-aloud rhythm, and laugh-out-loud moments, this delightful children’s book invites kids to enjoy the story and then bring every page to life with their own creativity.

Perfect for parents, grandparents, and gift-givers looking for wholesome, screen-free fun, Zip It, Fiddle! combines playful storytelling with colouring-book style illustrations for an interactive experience children will want to return to again and again. It is an especially fun choice for kids who love fox books, funny picture books, rhyming stories, animal adventures, and imaginative read-alouds.

As part of the delightful Colour the Story series by D.P. Lewis, this book blends storytime and creativity in a way that keeps little ones engaged, entertained, and smiling long after the last page.
