The first 10 volumes 1843 to 1852, 3720 pages some occasional text illustrations volume 7 bound in at rear pages 9 to 14 Noctuae and Geometrae. Vol 8 1850 Appendix at end lxv ? cxxiv pp, vol 9 1851 Appendix at end cxxvi ? clxxx pp the last page has paper repair with some small loss to text. Half titles not bound in on Volumes 4 - 6 and 7. All volumes bound in a recent matching 1/2 red cloth with marbled paper covered boards black title labels. All volumes clean and tight with no inscriptions, vol 4 1846 some age browning to the text. A very good tight set of the first 10 volumes of an important periodical with contributions of leading naturalist of the time. Postage will be more than ABE quote. Seller Inventory # 04887
