ALEJANDRO PALOMAS (Barcelona, 1967) es licenciado en Filolog�a Inglesa y tiene un m�ster en po�tica por el New College de California. Ha compaginado la escritura de ficci�n con la poes�a y la traducci�n de importantes autores. Como novelista es autor de Una madre, Un perro, Un amor (Premio Nadal 2018) y Una vida, la serie de novelas protagonizadas por Amalia con las que retrata a una familia que ha enamorado a miles de lectores. Es autor tambi�n de obras como El alma del mundo o El tiempo que nos une, del testimonio Esto no se dice y de la novela juvenil El d�a que mi hermana quiso volar. En 2016, su novela Un hijo recibi� el Premio Nacional de Literatura Juvenil. Su obra, llevada al teatro y al cine, ha sido traducida a m�s de veintinco lenguas.
