Prices are net and payable by check, money-order, Visa or MasterCard;
postage
and handling is extra. Prices subject to change without notice. All
individual
orders must be pre-paid unless there is a previous agreement with us.
We now
charge a $20.00 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds. Libraries
may be
accommodated by deferred billing upon request. Any book that is not
satisfactory
must be retuned within 30 days or full credit cannot be guaranteed.ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION: All new orders are charged a
minimum of $3.00
for handling and are shipped domestically by UPS (United Parcel
Service or USPS Media Mail). If you
prefer an alternate method of shipment, please advise. All orders sent
Priority
Mail through the U.S. Post Office over $50 are insured and tracked.
Pre-paid
orders should include the following amounts for postage in addition to the
cost
of the book/s: min. $8.50 standard shipping (more for heavy & oversized
books) 9% sales tax is added to all California retail sales.Shipping terms
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
