On a sheet with additional text front and rear. Etching/engraving on hand laid (verge) paper, with watermark. Watermark not visible on every sheet. Description: This print originates from the 8vo (octavo) edition of Fancois Robichon de Guerniere's 'Ecole de Cavalerie contenant La Connoissance, l'Instruction, et la Conservation du Cheval'. This edition was published in 1769 in Paris. We also stock plates from the earlier (1733) quarto edition of the same work.Artists and Engravers: Artist and engraver unknown, to be determined. Condition: Excellent, given age. Left edge uneven from binding. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
