Original antique print, untitled. It shows: a landscape with family and ruined building, a tower in the background. Etching/engraving on a verge type handlaid paper. Description: This print is # 15 from a series of landscapes by Hertel after Ulinger. Artists and Engravers: Engraved by Hertel after Ulinger. Johann Georg Hertel (1713-1781) was a German engraver/printmaker working in Augsburg. Johann Caspar Ulinger (Herrliberg 1704 - Zurich 1768) was a Swiss draughtsman, etcher and engraver. Condition: Very good, given age. Margins cropped to the image edge. Top edge of the image faintly stained. A crease in the top left corner. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully, as it accurately reflects the condition of the print.
