Original steel engraving on a vellin type paper. Description: This original old antique print / plate / view originates from: 'Vues Classiques de la Suisse.', published by R. Lebrasseur, Paris, 1838.Artists and Engravers: The plates are engraved by Henry Winkles (1801-1860) and others after the designs by G. Ad. Muller. Accompanying text by Pae Henri Zschokke, translated into French by E. Haag. Henry Winkles was an English printer, artist and engraver. Condition: Excellent.
