Watermark: Monogram Made by 'Mattys Pool' after 'Cornelis de Bruyn'. Mattys Pool (1670-1732) worked as a printmaker/publisher in Amsterdam. He travelled to France. Cornelis de Bruyn (1652-1727) was a painter and traveller. He made two extensive trips of which he published two famous books. Very good, given age. Ample margins. Folding lines at left lower. Some foxing. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully. The overall size is ca. 25.5 x 40 cm. The image size is ca. 16.3 x 10.2 cm.
