Group of Nine Signed Color Prints

A grouping of nine 11" x 12" prints by the noted book illustrator and artist, and founder of the Bird Press, each featuring his characteristically whimsical style, often featuring animal human hybrid figures in otherworldly landscapes. Dennerline's work has been exhibited at the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Kunstindustri Museet in Copenhagen, the Mortimer Rare Book Room at Smith College, Yale University Library, University of Vermont Special Collections, the Library of Congress, The Getty Research Institute, and libraries at Stanford University and UCLA, and he has served as resident artist at the MacDowell Colony, New Hampshire, the Frans Masereel Center in Belgium, and at the Læsø Artists Studio, Læsø, Denmark. Each lithograph (shown here without margins) is one of an edition of eight, and has been signed by Dennerline in the lower right hand plate margin. NF overall.
