Son p�re (Charles) et son grand-p�re se sont illustr�s comme graveurs en ex�cutant aussi bien les sceaux et insignes ma�onniques rochelais ant�rieurs � la R�volution qu'en publiant ensemble en 1811 un recueil complet de chiffres � deux ou trois lettres compos� et dessin� par Sanier p�re et grav� par son fils. Ou en gravant la m�daille offerte � la duchesse d'Angoul�me EN 1823. Achille Sanier pour sa part peignit et grava en taille douce. Il donna plusieurs de ses ?uvres au mus�e des Beaux-Arts de La Rochelle et l�gua � la ville de La Rochelle l'ensemble de ses collections (1871).Provenance: Andr� Debard. La Rochelle (1924-1999).

Shipping Costs: For books within the US: Ground UPS $8 for first volume, $4 for each additional volume. Heavy volumes cost more. Prints and posters $20.00 for 1-3. Most foreign shipments by airmail are $17.00 up to 1 pound or $60.00 up to 2.2 kilos by courier. For all other shipments, please inquire.

UPS shipments are insured for $100.00 automatically. Higher amounts available. If merchandise is damaged in transit, customer must save shipping container and file a claim with UPS or other carrier. Do not return merchandise without having first filed the claim and received a return authorization.
