Printed in colour and finished by hand in Polperro, Cornwall; Printed from original watercolours and drawings by Jonathan Couch, an eminent British naturalist who lived in the fishing village of Polperro, Cornwall. Engraved onto woodblocks by Alex Lydon. Plates printed in colour by Benjamin Fawcett, with final hand-colouring by local artists in Polperro (1862). 12.5 x 23.5cm, 5 x 9.25 inches. Condition: Good. The image shown may have been taken from a different example of this print than that which is offered for sale. The print you will receive is in good condition but there may be minor variations in the condition from that shown in the image. There is nothing printed on the reverse side, which is plain.
