A very fine watercolour study by the listed British artist Walter Emsley (1860-1938). The artist has captured children playing in a street of terraced houses with a small church on the corner. A young girl pulls her young sibling in a wooden cart while a mother and child hold hands close to the church wall. Excellently presented in a contemporary wood frame and white card mount.
