Gregory M. Scott

Gregory M. Scott Ph.D, along with Stephen M.Garrison Ph.D. and other co-authors have published eleven political science textbooks and writer's manuals in soon to include 10 disciplines (42 volumes including subsequent editions). Born in Massachusetts, he earned his PhD at the University of Virginia in 1989. He is Professor of Political Science Emeritus at the University of Central Oklahoma and resides in Santa Fe, NM. Dr. Scott has built a house by hand from stone in Raymond, Maine, worked for three government agencies, been a consultant to a dozen government agencies, and has taught political science, political philosophy, and religion and politics, for a quarter century. Via motorcycle, he and his wife Jill have traveled most of the roads in the Rocky Mountains, and have hiked more trails than most of the mountain lions who live there.
