Tony Farrington’s latest book has become an overnight best seller.

Scott Guy: His Parents’ Story of Love, Betrayal, Murder and Courage shot to the top of the bestsellers’ list one week after its release in New Zealand in October 2013.

The book reveals how the parents of farmers Bryan and Joanne Guy coped with their son’s murder and their son-in-law’s trial and subsequent acquittal for the crime.

It has been widely acclaimed by critics and readers.

It is Tony’s fifth book. His others are: Rescue in the Pacific (adventure); Building a Bank (business); Sailing with Mohammed (adventure); Killer Quake (the personal story of Bob Parker, Mayor of Christchurch).

When not writing, Tony’s passion is sailing. He lives in the beautiful Bay of Islands, New Zealand.
