April Stevens

April Stevens is the author of the acclaimed novel, "Angel Angel". She has also written two children's books: "Waking up Wendell" which was a 2008 Bank Street Best Book of the Year, and "Edwin Speaks Up". April lives in northwestern Connecticut with her husband, the writer, Alexander Neubauer and their two children. Her book, "The Heart and Mind of Frances Pauley", a novel for middle readers, is the story of 11 year old girl whose best friend is her elderly school bus driver. It will be published in early 2018.
