Gail Stein

Gail Stein, MA, is a retired instructor who taught in New York City public junior and senior high schools for more than 33 years. She has authored over 40 French and Spanish books, including CliffsQuickReview French I and II, CliffsStudySolved Spanish I and II, 575+ French Verbs, Webster’s Spanish Grammar Handbook, Working Spanish for Homeowners, Working Spanish for Teachers and Educational Professionals, Spanish Essentials for Dummies, Spanish All-In-One for Dummies, Intermediate Spanish for Dummies, and Spanish Workbook for Dummies. Gail assisted in revising the French curriculum for the New York City Board of Education, served as an adjunct professor to St. John’s University in its Early Admission Extension Program, and is a multiple-time honoree in Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers.
