As a psychologist, Human Resources executive, change consultant, speaker, and coach, Ralph Jacobson has watched as people struggled to work through the complexities of their life. Often using their natural inclinations to address the issues before them failed to get them the success they wished for. The conventional approaches to improving performance such as personality and strength and weakness assessments also failed. Advice from others often doesn't help either.

Ralph's first book, Leading for a Change: How to Master the Five Challenges Faced by Every Leader, prescribed The specific steps and tools to implement personal and organization change. It was here that he initially described the power of paradox to address those issues that defy resolution.

Yet the concept of paradox remains a relatively obscure concept that has the capacity to reshape the lives of individuals, the success of organizations, and perhaps the fate of human kind. Sharing the power of these concepts is the life force behind all of Ralph's work.
