Kate Cone

Kate Cone has a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing, is a non-practicing attorney and freelance writer. She is working on two mystery series set in Ireland and Maine.

She broke into beer writing after her stint at Shipyard Brewing Company in Portland, Maine, one of the earliest craft breweries in Vacationland. Her two books about craft beer span 2 decades, from 1997 to present.

Kate lives on two beautiful coasts, in Cape Neddick, Maine and Charleston, South Carolina.
