I am excited to have the opportunity, together with my daughter Katrina Schroeder Smith and niece Laura Ehrlich, to introduce students to medical terminology through our series of textbooks published by Cengage. We know how important a good grounding in medical terminology is for all those starting a new career in the allied health field, and believe that our texts do an excellent job helping students gain these essential skills efficiently.

And lastly, my daughter Katrina and I are the co-authors of Eat Smart in Denmark (Ginkgo Press), an award-winning introduction to Danish cuisine that is part of the Eat Smart series of international culinary guides. It contains extensive background information, Danish-English glossaries, a menu guide and 30 traditional recipes translated into English with American measurements.
