Paul Bishop

Novelist, screenwriter, and television personality, Paul Bishop is a nationally recognized interrogator and behaviorist. His thirty-five year career with the Los Angeles Police Department included twenty-five years specializing in the investigation of sexual assaults for which he was twice honored as LAPD’s Detective of the Year. Paul has also written numerous scripts for episodic television and is the author of fifteen novels, including the award winning Lie Catchers—featuring top LAPD interrogators Ray Pagan and Calamity Jane Randall—and five books in his LAPD Homicide Detective Fey Croaker series.

He has written six non-fiction reference works including—The British TV Detectives & Espionage Casebook, Complications Always Ensue, Sherlock Adjacent, 52 Weeks * 52 Sherlock Holmes Novels 52 Weeks * 52 Western Novels, 52 Weeks * 52 Western Movies, 52 Weeks * 52 Western TV Shows, and Five Smooth Stones a collection of essays on faith.
