Stories--we love them! Words powerfully bridge intellect and emotion.

Immersed in story, we empathize with characters, recognize core truths, and fancy is tickled into delight.

But words, potent as they are, are far too often negative.

I am the student of great storytellers who have gone before me, and I am the author of five non-fiction books and five novels. My parakeet, and two box turtles keep me company in my home in a small city in Northern California
