Having spent most of his life strapped to the pilot seat of a whole bunch of really cool airplanes, he is now retired and wants to share his virtually inexhaustible reservoir of (probably mostly useless) knowledge and impressions with other aviation fanatics. His story is simple: College - US Navy - United Airlines. After his tour with the US Navy as a Grumman S2 Tracker pilot, it was off to a civilian flying job and more than 30 years with a major airline.
