I'm a writer and a lover of all things TV. When I learned that I could combine the two, my life changed.
It started with fan fiction, which got me through my teen years. The Protectors, Wild Wild West, Simon & Simon, Kung Fu the Legend Continues and it kind of stuck all the way into my Buffy the Vampire Slayer phase and on to Supernatural.
It was Buffy, that led me from fiction to non-fiction and I began making a living writing about TV. Yes, paid to visit the set of my favorite TV shows then write about them -- it doesn't get better than that.
My first book was called TV Toys and the Shows That Inspired Them. It was all about TV collectibles from the Sixties. Then I wrote the Official Buffy the Vampire Slayer Pop Quiz and a quiz book about Pokemon.
I also wrote entertainment articles for dozens of magazines including Inside Kung Fu (interviewing action stars), Cult TV, Star Trek Magazine and more. From there, I moved on to the internet where I built my own TV website called TV of the Absurd.
Somewhere along the way, I went back to fiction. I entered Waiting for Ethan in a contest at Siren and won a publishing contract. And now, after a long break (while I filled the internet with my words), I have my new book, Saving Hill.
So that's me. The writer girl with an undying love for TV. Keep following and I bet one day I'll publish a romantic suspense story about a TV actor. It's like they always say, "write what you know," so I'm sure I will.
Enjoy my books.
