Robert A. Schuller

Robert A Schuller is the New York Times best-selling author of "Walking In Your Own Shoes." He is also a motivational speaker, pastor, and business man. He travels the world advocating world peace with The Global Peace Foundation and is regularly seen on national stages representing Success Seminars and Lead and Succeed. For over 35 years he was seen on the “Hour of Power” by over 20 million people worldwide.

Born in Blue Island, Illinois in 1954, the Reverend Dr. Robert A. Schuller grew up in Southern California. He attended Hope College in Holland, Michigan and Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California where he earned a Masters of Divinity. Ordained in 1980, he developed his hallmark 'Possibility Living' ministry which included the development of a school, a church, a retreat center, and a radio program. Dr. Schuller's ministry has always championed a Christ-centered lifestyle focusing on mind, body, and spirit. He was the senior pastor of the Crystal Cathedral and the Hour of Power from January 2006 until November 2008.
