David E. Vance

David E. Vance is an MBA, JD and former Naval Officer with a physics degree. He has been a CPA, corporate controller, Chief Financial Officer and trial attorney. He has written five textbooks and numerous journal articles, some of which were award-winning. He currently teaches and writes at the Rutgers University, School of Business, Camden. Areas of research include: (i) corporate restructuring, (ii) raising capital, and (iii) regulation reform.
