Ginny Olson

Ginny Olson is a youth ministry speaker, consultant and author. She co-authored the best-selling "Youth Ministry Management Tools 2.0," along with Mike Work. She also wrote "Teenage Girls: Exploring Issues Adolescent Girls Face and Strategies to Help Them."

Ginny leads seminars on youth ministry leadership and management, youth culture, and adolescent girls. She has taught youth ministry, adolescent development, urban ministry and church administration courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels at several institutions. Previously, she was involved in hands-on youth ministry at various churches and camps, including serving on staff in the junior high ministry at Willow Creek Community Church.
