Andre Calbert

Andre Calbert was born in Northern California and has always been fascinated with the creative arts and the written word. As a teen, he discovered he could sing and also learned to play the piano. He played in a few cover bands and studied music at the local community college. As the years went on, he started writing music, lyrics, and poems.

In the mid-2000’s he wrote a book on one of the hybrid dog breeds called a Puggle. This book was published with Barron’s Educational Series. The book did fairly well in the marketplace which led to several appearances on various media outlets and programs at the time.

Currently, Andre is still an avid singer and piano player. He is also a father who has been inspired to write children’s books that empower kids in a fun and engaging way. He hopes to share his art with the world, encourage the health and wellness of others, and have a positive impact on humanity.
