Jack Thomas

Jack Thomas is an optimistic, confident guy, but he never use to be.

Over a decade of studying social psychology, how people's thoughts, behaviours and feelings are influenced by the presence of others, whether it be actual, imagined or implied. As well as the reasons why we think and therefore act the way we do in the first place.

His books look into these reasons and over several topics, provide ways we can address our limiting thoughts and behaviours so as to break free from the restrictions that keep us stuck where we don't want to be.

Jack grew up in a small town in the middle of England before moving to London and then to Europe.
