Isabela Mares

Isabela Mares is the Arnold Wolfers Professor of Political Science at Yale University. Her most recent book is Conditionality and Coercion: Electoral Clientelism in Eastern Europe (Oxford University Press 2018). She is teaching and writing on the political economy of Europe, electoral politics, comparative social policy.
