Chuck White

C.E. White is the author of MagicLand, to be released by Morgan James Publishing in late 2021. He is currently working on a new novel called Restive Souls.

He self-published his first series of books in 6th grade, when he folded up stacks of notebook paper and wrote/illustrated hand-sized comic books called “The Adventures of Dr. Maums,” and distributed them to classmates. He has been writing fiction ever since.

He retired from the software development business to concentrate on fiction writing, because voices in his head, like Longman Jones, Ransom Cane, and Shyllandrus Zulu from the Restive Souls series, are demanding to be heard.

Voices like these, along with Aurilena Kingston from the upcoming novel MagicLand, cry out for justice in imagined worlds that provide hope beyond the cacophony of sounds promoting despair and injustice in ours.

C.E. White's fiction is about calling attention to the grim state of affairs now afflicting our world by offering imagined worlds where hope prevails. Not because our world is hopeless, but because it is not. By looking for heroes beyond our world, we can find the heroes within.

He is also the author of several computer software development books published by IDG, Wiley, and Sybex.
