Colette Inez

Colette Inez is the author of ten books of poetry,including "Horseplay" (Word Press) and "Spinoza Doesn't Come Here Anymore" (Melville House Books). The University of Wisconsin Press released her memior "The Secret of M. Dulong" in 2005. She has also published many short stories, essays, interviews and book reviews in leading literary journals. Her honors include fellowships from the Guggenheim and Rockefeller Foundations, two awards from the National Endowment for the Arts, and two Pushcart Prizes. She also received three awards from the Poetry Society of America and election to its Governing Board. Inez long served on the faculty of Columbia University's writing program, has taught at Cornell, Ohio, Bucknell and Colgate Universities, and appeared on public radio and TV. A professional collection in her name is installed in the Gotlieb Archival Research Center of Boston University.
