Ted Hart is an award-winning, bestselling author whose work spans philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and American history. His books include The DAF Revolution: Making a Difference in Our Modern World and Vineyards to Victory: A French Soldier, Yorktown, and the Making of an American Family.

From 2012 to 2024, Ted served as President and CEO of CAF America and CAF Canada, leading global philanthropic initiatives reaching more than 135 countries. He previously held senior development roles at Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland Medical Center and founded the International ePhilanthropy Foundation.

Ted has authored nine books and hosts The Nonprofit Coach: Everything DAF podcast. He serves as Vice Chair of the Howard County Ethics Commission and is active in the Sons of the American Revolution. An Eagle Scout, he is the proud father of two adult children.
