Ex British Army Air Corps and QANTAS AIRWAYS of Australia I have been flying airplanes for over forty years, everything from very early military helicopters to Mister Boeing's mighty 747. With 23000 hours all over the world including counter terrorism operations in South America, Vietnam, the Czech refugee evacuations and the never ending tragedy of 'African Democracy', specifically in Rhodesia, Mozambique and Angola, there is an almost limitless supply of material to draw on when writing modern thrillers. Much of what is described in the three books so far published may best be described as 'faction'.

It should be no surprise that aviation is the common thread I use to weave the plots together nor that in each case the story spans the globe.

Now retired from mainline operations I still fly light aircraft, just to keep my hand in. Currently I live and fly in the south west of the UK but soon a return to southern New South Wales Australia where the writing began some years ago is planned.

The current projects are an autobiography 'One More Sunrise' and the fourth in 'The Crew' series 'The Essequibo Agenda'
