Bruce Bolger

From a business standpoint, Bruce Bolger helps organizations profit from Enterprise Engagement and ISO 10018 quality people management standards that provide a more sustainable path to organizational success, positive stakeholder experiences, and a better society. For leisure and business travelers who value authentic discovery, Bolger has published books and currently a web site at http://Shortescapes.net featuring "Short Escapes" around the world. Bruce is currently President of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance, a learning and outreach center, and is co-founder of the International Center for Enterprise Engagement, which provides ISO 10018 quality people management certification, human resource practices audits, and assistance with the creation of Sustainability or Integrated Reports.

The roots for Bolger's passion for Enterprise Engagement grew out of his first job out of college, when he worked for a highly regimented trade association, and later, when he worked for a people-focused, employee-owned company led by a CEO with a strategic and systematic approach to engaging all stakeholders. His passion for discovery travel began when he left his home in New York to attend the University of California at Santa Barbara, and later universities in Pau and Paris, France.

Today, Bolger lives in Westchester County, New York, with his wife, and has three grown kids with spouses or significant others, and one grand daughter, all living in the NYC area.
