Andrew Crowe

Andrew Crowe's latest book, Pathway of the Birds: The Voyaging Achievements of Māori and their Polynesian Ancestors, has won four awards and was voted in the Top Ten Non-Fiction for 2018. Crowe grew up in London, and moved to New Zealand in 1972, where he has written over forty books, becoming the first non-fiction writer to be recognised with the MARGARET MAHY MEDAL.
