Daniel R. Tobin

Dan Tobin is an author, consultant, and coach on corporate learning strategies and leadership development programs. With more than 30 years of experience in the learning and development field, Dan has founded two corporate universities, worked as vice president of program design and development at the American Management Association, and given workshops and keynotes on five continents.

Dan's latest book, On-Target Learning, presents a comprehensive process for ensuring that all learning initiatives are tied directly to a company's business goals and that what is learned is actually applied to people's work to positively affect the achievement of those goals.
