Lan Sluder

Lan Sluder is a writer who specializes in books on travel and retirement, especially in Belize and the Southeastern United States. Among Sluder's 28 books and ebooks are 17 books and ebooks on Belize and the neighboring sections of Guatemala and Mexico. His Belize books include the best-selling Fodor's Belize, Lan Sluder's Guide to Belize, Living Abroad in Belize, Adapter Kit: Belize, Easy Belize (2nd ed., 2016, with nearly 70 Amazon reviews), Lan Sluder's Guide to the Cayes, Coast and Beaches of Belize, San Pedro Cool and Lan Sluder's Guide to Mainland Belize. His latest Belize book is Bug Out to Belize. Sluder is also founder, editor and publisher of Belize First Magazine.

Sluder also focuses on Asheville and the mountains of North Carolina. He is the author of Amazing Asheville, Live the Good Life in Asheville and Asheville: Relocation, Retirement and Visitor Guide.
